1. Digital service
Funnel in a Day is a custom-built digital service. Because the work begins immediately upon confirmation and assets are delivered to you, standard product returns do not apply. Instead, the following refund terms apply.
2. Before the build day
If you cancel before your confirmed build day begins, you are eligible for a full refund. Once the build day has started and work has commenced, the fee becomes non-refundable.
3. 24-hour timeline guarantee
If your funnel is not live within 24 hours of your confirmed build day for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund — and you keep any completed assets delivered up to that point.
4. Revisions
One round of revisions is included. If you are unsatisfied after the included revision, we will work with you to resolve reasonable issues, but the fee is non-refundable once the funnel has been delivered and launched.
5. Delays caused by you
The timeline guarantee does not apply to delays caused by missing information, unresponsive review, or content you need to provide. In such cases we will pause the clock and resume once the needed input is received.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us through LucidEarth.org within 7 days of the relevant event, including your project details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
